Hi, I'm Fonsi, founder of Summit Contracting & Outdoor Services.
Construction has always been more than just a job to me—it's about helping homeowners protect one of the biggest investments they'll ever make. Whether it's replacing a storm-damaged roof, installing new siding, or guiding a family through the insurance claim process, I believe every customer deserves honest advice, quality workmanship, and clear communication from start to finish.
Over the years, I've built my experience across many areas of residential construction and property improvement, including roofing, siding, exterior renovations, landscaping, snow and ice management, and general contracting. That diverse background allows me to look at every project as a whole, not just one trade at a time, ensuring every detail is completed with care and built to last.
At Summit Contracting, we don't believe in high-pressure sales or one-size-fits-all solutions. Every home is different, and every homeowner deserves a contractor who takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and recommend the solution that's truly in their best interest.
